Verizon Small Business Recovery Fund, apply by April 28th!
Greetings PFCCAG Members:
For more information, you can go to the grant's web site:
Verizon via the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) is providing grants of up to $10,000 to businesses facing immediate financial pressure because of COVID-19.
These grants are targeted towards women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs of color.
The application process is simple.
None of the questions are confusing or complicated.
You will be required to upload a copy of your last Schedule C near the end.
Although the instructions state that you will receive a copy of your application at the end, that was not the case for some applicants.
Acceptance is not guaranteed. All of the applications will be reviewed and then entered into a lottery.
The grants are designed to help business owners fill urgent financial gaps - from paying rent to meeting payroll - until they can resume normal operations or other financing becomes available.
Please apply here.
Feel free to forward this information to your FCC colleagues.
